Named for light and fire, Or’esh is centered on ingredient-driven, live-fire cooking over coal. Inspired by the Levant, the menu celebrates pristine seafood, flame-kissed meats, and seasonal vegetables sourced from the Union Square Greenmarket.

"Or’esh is built on connection between people, cultures, and the ingredients themselves. The menu is inspired by the spirit of the Mediterranean, a region where food is about people coming together. In the Levant, cooking over coal is a part of daily life, and that connection to live fire runs through the menu."
